Purchasing Exchange Policy: By purchasing from I-5 Components you agree to the terms and conditions of this disclosure. All orders shipped to a California State address are subject to sales tax. All prices, materials, designs, color, contents included with a product and product specifications are subject to change without notice I-5 Components reserves the right to change the shipping method suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s). Any refused, shipped items are subject to a 20% restocking fee* and arrangements must be made with I-5 Components for reshipping at the customers expense. Last but not least, I-5 Components will not be held accountable for anything above and beyond our control. Exchanges are welcome, but must be in new condition and in original packaging. The customer will pay a 20% restocking fee* plus any applicable shipping and handling charges to send the product back. All exchanges or returns require a return authorization number and must be done within 14 days of original purchase date, all returns without a return authorization number will be refused. We are not responsible for purchase of an incorrect part. Please read the product description carefully! If you have any questions or concerns at all, email or call us to see if it fits your application. We are not responsible for misuse, or improper installation of the product, which could result in personal injury, property damage, violations of local or state laws and product wear or destruction. The user assumes all costs and risks associated with these and other imported items No warranty will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All items sold by I-5 Components are subject to only the manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and may be subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement. The customer once again, will be liable for all shipping charges. There are no returns for electronic parts and engine parts. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain their sales invoice for their records (warranties, exchanges etc.)
